Br444 Terms and Conditions – Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the platform br444, available at br444.best, including all Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, crash games, jackpots and other features offered. The platform br444 is intended exclusively for players residing in Brazil, aged 18 or over, who use the platform for entertainment purposes.

By accessing, creating an account or carrying out any transaction on br444, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you agree to comply with all the rules set out herein. These Terms are binding and constitute a contract between you, the user, and br444.

The br444 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the site. Users are responsible for checking periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

To use the services of br444, creating a personal account is required. Registration is free and available to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazil;
• Hold a valid CPF registered with the Receita Federal;
• Not be previously banned or suspended from the platform.

Each user may hold only one active account on the br444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same CPF, the same email address, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and any pending balances being canceled.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (email and password) confidential. The br444 is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from password sharing. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via the 24-hour live chat.

The br444 reserves the right to close accounts at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases of violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, manipulation, or behavior contrary to the integrity of the platform.

Deposits at br444 are accepted exclusively in BRL (R$) through the following payment methods available to Brazilian users:

• Pix (instant deposit, available 24/7);
• Bank slip (Boleto);
• Credit and debit card;
• Mercado Pago;
• PicPay;
• TED bank transfer via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, and Banco do Brasil.

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but the br444 may request additional documentation for deposits above certain amounts, in compliance with internal anti-money laundering policies.

All deposits must be made using accounts and payment methods held in the name of the account holder at br444. Deposits made by third parties — including family members — are not accepted and may result in the return of the funds and suspension of the account.

Withdrawals at br444 are processed exclusively via Pix, to the key registered in the account holder's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The average processing time is 7 minutes for standard withdrawals. VIP Gold members receive priority withdrawals averaging 3 minutes, and Diamond members averaging 2 minutes.

The br444 does not charge fees on Pix withdrawals. Other withdrawal methods may be available under current policies, but Pix is the primary and fastest option available to Brazilian players.

Before processing a withdrawal, the br444 may verify:

• The account holder's identity (documents such as national ID and CPF);
• Ownership of the Pix key provided;
• Completion of rollover requirements on active bonuses;
• Betting history for anti-money laundering purposes.

The br444 offers various types of bonuses and promotions, including a welcome bonus, weekly VIP cashback, monthly reload bonus, birthday bonus, and seasonal promotions. Each bonus has specific terms published on the corresponding promotion page, which supplement these general rules.

General rules applicable to all br444 bonuses br444:

• Each bonus is valid for a single account per CPF, address, device, and IP;
• The bonus balance is kept separate from the real balance in the account. Bets are deducted from the real balance first, unless the promotion specifies otherwise;
• All bonuses have an expiration date — once expired, any unused bonus balance is automatically removed from the account;
• The standard rollover for welcome bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. Silver members get a reduced rollover of 25x, Gold 20x, and Diamond 15x;
• Bets placed at odds below 1.50 do not count toward rollover requirements in Sports Betting promotions;
• Canceled, voided, or cash-out bets settled before the final result do not count toward the rollover;
• The br444 reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion with 48 hours' notice, except in cases of technical error or abuse.

The br444 may, at its sole discretion, withhold or cancel bonuses and derived winnings in cases of suspected abuse, such as exploiting loopholes in promotion rules, group betting to circumvent the rollover, or behavior inconsistent with good-faith use of the platform.

The br444 offers pre-match and live betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA and UFC, Formula 1, tennis, and e-sports, among others. Bet confirmation and validity:

• A bet is only valid once the on-screen confirmation is displayed and the receipt has been sent by email;
• The br444 does not accept cancellations of confirmed bets, except in cases of proven technical error on the platform;
• Bets placed after the official start of an event are automatically voided and the amount is returned to the account balance;
• Bets placed with clearly incorrect odds (system error) may be voided. br444 reserves the right to correct and void any bets made with obviously erroneous odds, with a full refund of the amount wagered.

Canceled and postponed events:

• If an event is canceled before it starts, all bets are considered void and stakes are returned;
• If an event is postponed to a date different from the original schedule, bets placed for the original date are considered void;
• In the event of a postponement of up to 24 hours within the same calendar day, bets may remain valid at the discretion of the br444.

Cash out: the cash out feature is available for single and combined bets, both pre-match and live. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. The br444 does not guarantee cash out availability at all times — during periods of high volatility or technical instability, cash out may be temporarily suspended.

General VIP Program rules:

• Bets placed with bonus balance do not earn VIP points;
• Points are valid for 12 months from the date of last account activity — except for Diamond members, whose points remain valid for 24 months;
• VIP level is reassessed monthly. If the points accumulated over the past 12 months fall below the minimum for the current level, the player may be moved down to the level that matches their points;

The br444 has active fraud monitoring and prevention systems in place. The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure, balance blocking, and reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once;
• Use of automation software (bots) to place bets;
• Match-fixing or combining bets across associated accounts to guarantee profit (abusive arbitrage);
• Use of stolen, cloned, or third-party credit cards for deposits;
• Any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity;
• Exploiting platform technical errors to gain an undue advantage.

The br444 treats responsible gambling as a genuine commitment — not a footnote disclaimer. Every account has immediate access to control tools directly on the main dashboard, with no need to contact support to activate them:

• Deposit limits: set a maximum deposit limit per day, week, or month. Once configured, the limit can only be decreased immediately — increases take effect after 72 hours to prevent impulsive decisions;
• Loss limits: set a maximum loss amount per period. Once the limit is reached, new bonus withdrawals are blocked automatically;
• Voluntary break: request a break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days. During the break, account access is suspended and no deposits can be made. Your VIP level and points are preserved;
